ABOUT ME

Growing up in Syracuse, New York, winter showed up early and stayed too long. That reality made me embrace the cold and snow, along with the activities those conditions encouraged. I learned to ski on a small hill where I spent more time on the rope tow than actually skiing. Summers were spent on Lake Ontario, getting lost in the woods, frog hunting, jumping into cold water, and figuring out how to stay outside as much as possible. That early connection to nature taught me to slow down, pay attention, and find meaning in the small stuff.

I’ve always been drawn to movement. New places, different environments, and the feeling of covering ground have kept me curious and searching. Travel became more than something I enjoyed; it became a way to learn and stay connected to what matters. That pull eventually brought me west to Jackson Hole, where the scale of the landscape deepened my connection to the outdoors and to creative work.

Now I live in northern Vermont, where life moves a little slower. I enjoy spending a lot of time outside, working with my hands, planning my next adventure with my partner Amy, and doing my best to keep things simple and meaningful in life.
